Deepti Sharma was born on 24 August 1997 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh and her journey from a middle-class family to making a place in the Indian cricket team was not easy for her. Apart from her hard work, Deepti got special support from her brother. Deepti’s journey from playing cricket at the age of 9 to shining in the Women’s Premier League today has not been easy. Deepti made her international debut on 28 November 2014 in an ODI against South Africa. He is a left-handed batsman and bowls right-arm medium pace.

The star player has set a new record while playing for UP Warriors. She has become the first Indian bowler to take a hat-trick wicket in the history of this league. Deepti had achieved this feat in the match played against Delhi on March 8. On the basis of his lethal performance, UP won the match by one run. However, his team was out of the race for the playoffs.

Deepti Sharma is also the third highest individual scorer in ODI cricket with 188 runs in an innings. India’s famous female cricketer Deepti Sharma has been made DSP by the Uttar Pradesh government. Deepti Sharma has become the first bowler for India to take 100 wickets in T20 International.
